Enduro mountain bike racing involves anywhere from 3-6 timed stages where the timed portions of the race are mostly downhill. These downhills vary in steepness, length and difficulty but this is entirely down to the location of each race. In between each stage there are non-timed transfer stages which are nearly always uphill. Enduro races call for physical fitness, mental stamina and bike-handling skills.
Enduro racing is said to be the most enjoyable, approachable and most exciting form of mountain biking which is probably why it has grown in popularity over the last couple of years.
The Cycle Jersey Enduro jerseys feature the option of short, 3/4 or long raglan sleeves. These raglan sleeves offer more room under the arm so that you have the freedom to move however you like without being restricted in any way.
The round neck and loose hem follows the standard mountain bike garment ideal however it’s more fitted whilst still allowing room for armor where needed. The enduro jersey is made from our standard technical multi-dry fabric which has a unique fiber construction that transfers moisture away from the skin whilst worn. This helps to keep you cool when it’s warm and dry when it’s cold. Not only is the fabric incredibly clever it’s also machine washable and extremely durable which makes it perfect for those tough and muddy trails!
If you have read this far then we are assuming that you are either already awesome on the trails or you are hoping that you will be. Maybe you don’t want to pay through the nose for a technical garment that everyone will have? Well that is where we come in!
