Here at The Cycle Jersey we are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with great organisations, creating jersey designs in support of great causes.
The My Name'5 Doddie Foundation Tartan Jersey was manufactured in collaboration with Doddie Weir and Rob Wainwright in support of Motor Neurone Disease.
Doddie Weir OBE is one of rugby's most recognizable personalities, earning 61 caps for Scotland during his successful career. Doddie is now facing his biggest challenge yet. In June 2017, Doddie revealed he was suffering from Motor Neuron Disease and in November the charity was founded.
The My Name'5 Doddie foundation aims to raise funds for research and grants for those suffering MND. In collaboration with Doddie Weir and his team, we designed the Tartan Jersey which was worn by Rob Wainwright and cyclist Mark Beaumont during the Calcutta Cup cycling challenge.
The Tartan Jersey is live on our website, available in both road and enduro styles, and has been one of our most loved designs this year with a generous donation from every sale going to the foundation.
We are also proud to manufacture the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation windcheeta jacket, snood and dog lead and collar. Currently we are improving our dog collar and lead so you'll find the product out of stock, however, this will be back soon and better than ever!
